We will discuss ways to artificially inflate the self-esteem of team members. Methods include, but are not limited to:

• Excessive praise
• Unrealistic expectations
• Free cake

Subtopic 2: Mandatory Fun

We will explore the importance of forcing team members to have fun, even when they don't want to. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Escape room simulations
• Forced viewing of cat videos
• Playing the harmonica in the break room
